Light courier work

Today we had a request for light courier work, which got me musing as to what the request actually meant.

Do they mean part time courier work?

Do they mean deliveries that have no heavy lifting involved?

Do they mean same day couriering, delivering one item at a time?

Time to pick up the phone and find out exactly what they mean. Lesson learned here, speak the language of your customers as quite often they can mean something different to what they ask for.
