As a courier company, our biggest expenditure is fuel. 
We get two calls a day from companies offering us fuel cards and we always decline them.
Having to do a bit of sales myself, I like to check out the company and see if there is some compatibility. I check the details, for example if the company advertise that they do /sell everything on a budget, then they are not going to want my courier services because we are in the middle, there are cheaper and there are more expensive, but we deliver consistently and don’t break things… you get what you pay for (or don’t pay for in this case).
Now, if I can do a little research to boost my sales, so can you.
I will make it easy for you.
We use LPG as our main fuel source.
99.9% of fuel card companies do not have this source of fuel on their list, they are strictly diesel or petrol.
So fuel card companies, don’t call me and waste my time and your time, do a few minutes research first. Save yourself the trouble.
Stop running on empty, start getting to know the people you are considering to be your customers. It makes for better business relationships.
