White Van Men on TV

Just watching the White Van Men on the TV. Fascinating program. Currently on 5 live.

A removal is taking place and the the van is overloaded and furniture was dismantled to cram it all into the van!

Trying to communicate across to customers that something has to go when you want a low price is quite hard, they seem to think good customer service, proper insurance, correctly loaded vehicles are all available for a rock bottom price. Sadly that is not the case, something has to give when a white van man quotes such a low price.

The driver did nothing but moan as he completed the job and the client wasn’t happy either.

It’s a miracle nothing got broken!

I don’t recall the delivery guys company, but they didn’t come across as professional which is such a shame.

Previous episodes of the series have shown the drivers of white vans in a real positive light, there are a lot of good drivers out there. Shame the delivery guys was so intent on making a profit he forgot he would make good TV as well.
