Do you consider your same day courier as an integral part of your business?

When you check each part of your organisations business processes, do you include your same day courier in the process?  If not, why not?

They represent your company and the image of your company to your customer. If you have an online shop, you may never actually see your customer or meet them but your courier will.

Is the person delivering your goods smart and presentable? You spend a fortune on getting your customers to buy from your smart, sleek interactive website but the person delivering the goods – they represent you and your business. Joe Blogs in dirty jeans, a bettered van and a dog in the front is how you want your customers to remember you?

How and when do you get your paperwork back from the courier? Do you know your goods have arrived? Do you find yourself chasing the courier on the phone several times a day asking where they are?

Perhaps it’s time to revisit those processes.

Same day couriers for when today means today and not yesterday.
