Friday Kev spent over in our Kent warehouse filming the Arrow Light Haulage courier services video.
Richard from Business Video Productions looked after us and talked us through what we had to do and where to look. Due to a last minute hiccup, we were unable to have one customer take part in being interviewed so we had to do the best we could. We are also waiting to hear back if we can use footage from the awards ceremony where we won an environmental awareness award.
I never realised filming was such hard work, it must be deadly dull being an actress!
I have been scouring you tube for other courier company videos and the funniest happens to be an Australian spoof one. We couldn’t do a spoof – people would think it was real
Have a look and tell me what you think – its just under ten minutes long
Enjoy
Sarah

Good morning Sarah – tried to reply to your tweet but your setting didn’t let me (at least that is what I think the problem is) but I am not v techy.
Answering your question…
We are a brand reputation & management business – we have some clever tools but as always it is the people that matter. So in business process terms we help:
Launch new products
Measure and align campaigns
Monitor and manage brand and organisation reputation
Manage and mitigate crises
What is happening with you and Ecademy? I picked up a whiff of unfair treatment of you and your brand – Richard Jones wrote a piece that Glenn responded to (finally) and that prompted me to find you…and see if I can help – I see TP and Glenn now & then at Adams Street.
Best wishes,
Simon
I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.
