Delivering Archive Boxes

April 8, 2009

Do you use a parcel carrier to collect and deliver your archive boxes? What would you do if one of those went missing?

Archive boxes have to be stored for usually 6 years, they contain a companies important records from VAT, Tax and customer history. How would you feel if you lost some of yours? How could you recover the paperwork you boxed up safely? The answer is, you can’t.

A same day courier is different to a parcel carrier, for a start they are far more secure. The vehicle that contains your boxes of important data is a dedicated vehicle, nothing else is loaded with them so they cannot be offloaded at the wrong destination.

The driver who loads the vehicle, is the same driver who unloads it so nothing gets forgotten. Your items are collected and delivered the same day, safely and securely with full goods in transit insurance to 30k on our transit vans.

Sure you still want to send your receipts and archive boxes by post?

Regards

Kevin
