My favorite is http://www.uBuilderPlans.com. They have LOTS of chicken info for newbies and a great building plan for a low cost backyard coop. It would be far better for all of us if we had more people raising their own backyard birds. Maybe this would even give those commercial guys some NEW ideas! Good luck in your quest for hens!
