Tender delivery, submitting your tenders with TLC

A lot of money can rest on a tender being delivered on time. So it makes sense to do it right and get the delivery aspect right – there are no second chances and if you really want the business you quite simply cannot afford to take the chance.

Often the requirements of the tender require the envelope that it is delivered in contains no marks other than the address of the office – no franking marks, no notes on the envelope, no stamping from the delivery company – nothing that could give one company the edge of another.

So you need a  same day courier service to get your proof of delivery without compromising your tender documents in the tendering process.

A courier service will also enable you a few more precious days to perfect the document, so your bid is the best it can be. This is where a time critical service comes into it’s own – it’s flexible, adaptable and designed to get you the maximum time and the tender document itself there on time.

We recently read a funny article about legal contracts and what some of them look like prior to submission, and whilst I know the tenders you supply for delivery are pristine, it still makes a good read.

What do you think?
